Buster went to the Rainbow Bridge on October 24, 2014. He was a beloved member of the Payne family for 15 years. He was kind, gentle and a great companion. He had a wonderful life and will be greatly missed.

“A dog doesn’t care if you’re rich or poor, educated or illiterate, clever or dull. Give him your heart and he will give you his.”
― John Grogan, Marley and Me

Come With Me

God saw he was getting tired
and the cure was not to be.
So He put his arms around him
and whispered, “Come with Me.”

With tearful hearts
we watched him fade away.
Although we loved him dearly,
we could not make him stay.

A special heart stopped beating,
hard working paws laid to rest,
God broke our hearts to prove to us,
He only takes the best.
