Update 10/24/15:
Angel had a very difficult time on her bad leg during the recent cold spell here.  Due to that, we do not think that she would be a candidate for the Northeast.   The cold would be very hard for her.

Foster Update 8/26/2015:
This girl is such a happy-go-lucky girl.  She still has a limp but only about 50% of the time.  She can run and play and it is more pronounced in the morning when she first arises.  It doesn’t seem to bother her as she runs with her foster brother and sister.  She is one perfect golden girl and wow is she ever beautiful and regal.

Intake Report 7/16/2015:
Shelby has been loved all of her life, but unfortunately her elderly owner was diagnosed with cancer.  No one in the family was able to take Shelby and so she was headed to the shelter when MAGRR intervened.  She is that typical “old gold” sweet girl.  She is just wonderful.  She was hit by a car years ago and the leg wasn’t set right, so she has a limp.  They did repair her ACL.  She doesn’t need any surgery but walks with that limp.  She will be on arthritis medication from now on as most older goldens are.  She is just precious.  She needs a home to live out her “golden” years.  You won’t be sorry as she is a love.
