After Sandy’s arrival at our home and coming to know her, I started calling her Clover. She is a perfect 4-leaf lucky Clover in every way. She has been wonderful from day 1. She was even cooperative when I had her on leash to give her a break from the e-collar. She didn’t eat for the first 3 days, but then I found out she was a social eater. She wanted to be near my other 4 dogs when eating. She is not possessive of her food dish. She waits for others to completely finish before investigating empty bowls, but it doesn’t hurt to check… She has a soft mouth when receiving treats. Clover has learned to come, sit and down. She has walked on a loose leash from the beginning. She’s not terribly demanding of human attention, but will poke me with her nose when she’d like an ear scratch. She always has a smile on her face and a wagging tail. She loves other dogs and playing with them. She loves toys once she discovered them and saw other dogs playing with them. She was very easy to potty train. She is very young, only about a year. She’s a small package and so very sweet. If she goes to a home with no other dogs, she would be best with folks who are home a lot. She is one adorable little pup.
