May 5, 2020 FOSTER UPDATE
Kate has fit right into our busy family and has adjusted so well! Gets along well with our 9 year old daughter and 2 year old black lab. Is crate trained, loves to go for rides in the car, and explore on walks. She is interested in leaves, squirrels, deer, turtles etc that we see each time we walk! She has learned come, sit, kennel, and potty. When you take her out she immediately goes where she should! Kate has totally come out of her shell. She is so happy go lucky and loves hanging out with other dogs and people. She is a typical puppy who loves everyone. She is of course beautiful as one can see from her pictures. Her coat now shines and is fluffy and thick. She is going to make some family very happy.

We were notified about Pippa and Kate when they were found at a local gas station. The owner ended up being a 15 year old boy living with his grandfather. They had received no vetting. Per a neighbor, they escaped frequently and were usually much dirtier than these pictures. Both girl were so sweet, but we thought Kate was definitely the more submissive than her sister. We had to pick her up to get her in her kennel. She was very nervous going into the clinic and needs to gain confidence. Thank goodness we got her! She quickly warmed up to the staff once she got into the clinic and realized that she was in a good place.
